My journey into 3D printing started from a need at workāthough Iāll keep those details aside š.
I had a prototype design on paper but no way to produce it myself. Thanks to the support from our then-managing director, I ended up with a 3D printer⦠which soon migrated to my home.
And thatās when the adventure truly began.
I didnāt stop at just one printer. Over time, my lineup has grown:
After moving past the beginner Tinkercad stage, I shifted to FreeCAD.
I focus on functional prints rather than random trinkets from Thingiverse.
That means I design and print items that are actually useful:
No plastic dust collectors hereājust practical, real-world solutions.
3D printing started as a work necessity, but it has become a hobby and creative outlet.
Itās a mix of engineering, tinkering, and problem-solvingāand thatās exactly what makes it so much fun.
